How long will I be without my Laptop
Your laptop is diagnosed & we aim to contact you within 24 Hours If special order parts are not needed we will aim to repair your laptop within 1 /36 hours. If special order parts are needed, we will provide an estimated completion date at the time of your approval.
How much is my repair going to cost
Unlike desktop PCs every laptop has a unique set of parts, which makes acquiring laptop parts difficult. Generally Laptop Spares are also expensive to buy, for example desktop keyboards start from £4.00 Laptop Keyboards start from £35.00.
Before we carry out any work, we will give a quote and approximate time line before completing any contracted work.
If you decide after diagnosis that your laptop is not viable to be repaired, No Problem! We know sometimes repair doesn’t make sense. If you decide not to repair, the £32.00 Diagnostic Fee applies and we return your laptop back to you or you can sell your non-working laptop to us.
What happens to all the Broken Laptop

Power Jack Problems: No power, intermittent, no charge.
Causes: Broken power jack, loose connection, cold solder.
Solution: If you are currently encountering power connection problem, please have your laptop fixed as soon as possible. Loose connection and broken jack cause power turned on and off suddenly leading to damage hard drive and motherboard.
Graphic Problems: LCD flickering, LCD dimming, Broken Screen, Vertical/Horizontal stripes.
Causes: Bad Inverter, Bad Back Light, or Bad graphic Chip.
Solution: Your laptop's lcd screen may have vertical color, horizontal color, dim, or no picture at all. Don't assume that the LCD is bad. It can be the graphic card, back light or inverter all of which costs less than replacement screen. The LCD is four or five times more expensive than the inverter or the graphic card. We only suggest that you replace the LCD when the LCD is really broken down. We can fix the back light, graphic chip, or the inverter to reduce the cost to you.
Motherboard Problems: No power, Power but no boot, Shutdown, Random power off, Battery charging problem, Over Heat, No Sound, No video.
Causes: Bad voltage regulator chip, bad capacitor, bad resistor, bad BGA chip (Ball Grid Array), bad diodes, bad thermal chip.
Solution: The motherboard is the main part in laptop. If you order a new motherboard from the manufacturer, you have to pay about 80% of the total cost of the whole laptop.
